Added Advanced Serial Number Support! * You can now mark items to “Require Serial” and will be prompted throughout the system to specify serial numbers when any inventory operation occurs. * Added support for assigning serial numbers to Purchase Orders and Sales Orders, so they can now be pre-defined and pass-through when receiving and invoicing. * Added the serial number selection capability to the line item edit interface, so serial numbers can now be assigned there instead of using the prior on-form "Add" feature previously available. * Included serial number support when performing inventory adjustments, transfers and assembly item building/breaking.
Added a new advanced "Serial Number Detail Screen” where serial numbers can be opened and managed and serialized assemblies can have component item numbers modified and a user-defined status assigned.
Added the ability to define "Custom Fields" for use on Sales, Credits and Purchase forms! These can be defined in the Tasks menu and will be immediately available for use.
Added a new “Purchase Order Auto-Receipt” form that provides the means to enter a purchase order that is automatically received into inventory without having to be received in the receiving screen. The item quantities and costs are received immediately when the “Purchase Order Auto-Receipt” is saved.
Added a "Memo Line" field to the customer & vendor screen so Memo Lines can be associated for recall on PO's and Sales forms - also updated Sales & Purchase Order forms to recall this info.
Added the ability to switch inventory locations from the “Navigation Screen” by selecting from a dropdown box.
Item Bin Number Assignment now occurs in the "Item Advanced" screen. Bin Numbers can now be assigned to an item number for each location, or applied to all locations - for Multi-Location Bin Number support.
Added the ability to change location in the Item Advanced screen by choosing from the dropdown box, to make stock and bin number assignments more efficient for multiple locations.
Added the ability to assign Peachtree Company/BA Database pairings and choose the respective Database/Company in a selection screen from the Transaction Agent for Peachtree. This provides the means to setup Business Aviator with Multiple Peachtree Company Files and use them safely.
Added the ability to set number of decimals on quantity fields in the sales, credits, and purchase order/invoice/receipt forms.
Updated sales quote to support decimals in the quantity field.
Updated backorder-capable sales orders and invoices to automatically recall the "Quantity Shipped/Committed" based on what quantity is available. This quantity can still be typed-over but this should provide the means to more easily write orders for only the quantity available.
